This basically means that the interest rates are in your favor and there is an ample amount of homes for sale. What does this mean for you? Well it means that you can likely find a stellar house at a wonderfully low price. Maybe you can afford something that would have surely been out of your price range. Even if you intend to sell the house in a few years, this is a great advantage. You'll surely make a hefty profit when real estate sales return to their norm. So get that house you're pondering NOW. You won't soon encounter a better time to buy. Get online and take a look at what's in your area.
There are plenty of your sellers out there. Trust me; I know the routine quite well at this point. I've sold two homes already and I'm only 31 years old. It can be a hassle.
